Adam Smith
Director
Mr. Adam has been in the preschool setting for over 10 years. He, along with his wife Rachel and 2 boys, are members of Riverchase United Methodist Church. He spent several summers as a volunteer counselor, coordinator, and director for Camp Sumatanga's elementary camps. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps and graduated from Liberty University.

Sarah Patrick
Assistant Director
Mrs. Sarah started at RDS in 2009 as a teacher in the Turtles class. She is a Registered Dietitian and began the Nutrition and Gardening program at RDS in 2011. In 2015, Sarah joined the office staff at RDS. She and her husband, Chris, along with their 2 children, reside in Riverchase and are members of Riverchase United Methodist Church. She is a graduate of the University of Alabama and holds a Master's degree in Nutrition from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
